I checked out GetJanet's new Tuesday nights at Reign. Opening night and the place was jumpin, a bit of a buzz about seeing and being seen. A few notes occurred to me: Kids these days have NO IDEA about how to DJ nor do they actually spin or cut and mix anymore. True spinning is a lost art! Female bartenders can sometimes have too much fun (one actually fell down after too many tequila shots)! NOBODY dances at TDot clubs anymore. This city needs a real grown-folks hangout for such a big population of 30 somethings. Lastly, "I'm too old for this stuff!!!"
Kanye presale was today for the Glow in the Dark tour. Check out this message board for all the stress and drama that the fans had to endure! In a way, I'm glad that I missed out, but I'll check back for the general public seats. No way I'm sitting out on the LAWN or the rain. Unless they are giving out Rihanna's Umbrella's ella-ella-ella, eh-eh-eh, PUKE, cough, cough, cough.
