A new law on Wed allows the government to sell your car if you are caught drinking and driving?? Sounds like a great idea at first, but upon further thought, why would you want to buy a car from a former DUI? What if you get "mistakenly" pulled over because you're driving a former DUI's car? Why should the government profit from your personal property if you have a real problem with drinking and driving? Hmmm...
