The Pistons are the first team into the NBA Semi Finals for 2008. Again without Chauncey Billups, Rip Hamilton came through with 31 points to pick up the slack, and defeat the Magic 4 games to 1. This should give the Pistons some time to rest up and get healthy for whomever comes out of Cleveland/Boston. The Hornets gave the Spurs a complete headache, winning at home to go up 3-2 in their series. David West stepped up putting in 38 points, 14 boards, 5 assists, 5 blocks, and 2 steals for good measure! Who's got him on their fantasy team?? The defending champs will have to win two in a row to keep their title defense hopes alive! It's ok though, I don't mind watching the Honeybees for another three weeks! :)

Funny bit of controversy over in the UK: Seems that Noel Gallagher has a problem with Jay-Z headlining this year's festival. Jay, being the man of moves this year, swished by the whole debate and made his points very well.
