If It Ain't About Money, You Ain't Sayin' Nothin'...

The Magic finally represented and held home court by beating the Pistons to survive in their series at 1-2. It took a major ugly injury to Chauncey Billups (looking like James Brown) and the home court three pointers to kick in for Orlando to finally light it up. I just wonder why without Billups didn't they press and attack the ball more? I guess they won, be happy with that. The Lakershow continues to roll over Utah, taking at 2-0 lead in their series. Kobe Beef showed off why he thought he deserved the MVP trophy. Bah, in the end, the Lakershow is still 6-0 in this year's playoffs.
The Maple Leafs took another stab at completely cleaning off their slate for next year by firing Head Coach Paul Maurice. It wasn't that Maurice was a bad coach, in fact, the total opposite. He was a great coach, with great strategy, and really really poor chess pieces to play with! It was like watching a chess player play with only pawns! He handled the Toronto Media incredibly well, for arguably the Worst city in the World to be a Hockey head coach! What must be done must be done though, and the Leaves need to turn over a new Leaf if they are going to get serious about starting from scratch.
More hockey, with no Canadian teams left in the playoffs, Don Cherry is taking up joining ESPN for some commentary and getting his ten cents in. He's donating his ESPN salary to the Humane Society, but Americans will just have another image of how us crazy Canadians really are!
The new GoodFoot on Bay Street flips the script on "typical" sneaker boutiques. Looks a bit "Supreme"-ish if you ask me. New slate of Spring 08 Goodfoot tees coming out, you KNOW the Grizzlies one is fiyah!!!!
