The Cavs finally ended their series against the Wizards 4 games to 2, and we won't have to hear anything about Deshawn Stevenson's jaw until next season. The Celtics fell asleep at the wheel, and let the Hawks play into a game seven on Sunday. This will be the only game seven of the first round and Doc Rivers will be severely under the gun here. The Jazz put away the Rockets in their series 4 games to 2 also. So the West semifinals look like San Antone vs N'Awleans, and Utah vs the Lakershow. In the East seminfinals, it's Orlando vs Detroit, and Cleveland awaits the game seven winner on Sunday afternoon.
Dammit dammit dammit, reports surfaced that the Black Mamba has won his first MVP of the league. I guess CP3 was too much of a sentimental favorite for the voters. Also, chaos would ensue if CP3 won the award before Kobe ever did in their respective careers, but CP3 did have a better season! Seeing as LBJ was second, I guess there's always next year.
