Raptor Nation is getting excited as the pre-season nears closer and closer. The Raptors get to test out some new talent and old new talent with their Summer League team this year. Notables on the roster: Joey Graham (last chance Joey!), Daniel Ewing (Go Duke!), John Lucas III, Joel Bosh (Chris' younger bro), and Rod Benson (Cal). We'll see what pans out over the next two weeks.
Bad News BC Lions nation: RIP to Bob Ackles, president and CEO of the BC Lions. 69 years young, and passed from a heart attack on Bowen Island. What a way to go, and if you ever get a chance to get to Bowen Island, it is a wicked place to collect your thoughts, visit the Ocean, and find safe free oysters on the beach!!

A tear for the Chai Latte's and Frappucino's as Starbucks is closing 600 underperforming store locations. I guess that means that you'll have to walk at least 3 blocks to find a Starbucks instead of just 2!!
