My take on it, there are a ton of rappers who bite other rapper's rhymes, the entire industry is built on samples, sampling, biting. I guess it all boils down to how you translate the remix, re-do the original, make it current, make it relevant. Buy Wayne biting a WHOLE Aaliyah verse? Daym homee, that's not a good look!
